Choosing an Aircraft
When you call or email Idun Air the following questions will be asked to determine the right aircraft that will suit your budget and travel requirements:
- Name of your departure and arrival city or town
- Date and time of travel
- Number of travelling passengers
- Special catering requirements
- Amount of luggage
- Number of pilots required
- Type of aircraft required
(Some organisations only allow executives to travel in jet aircraft)
Charter Quote
When the right aircraft or options are determined we provide an obligation free quote that will include:
- Type of aircraft
- Flight times
- Maximum number of passengers
- All inclusive cost of the charter
- Any additional information required
- Photo of the aircraft and interior
Charter Confirmation
Once you have accepted the quote, a confirmation form is emailed or faxed through to you. The charter confirmation form will include:
- Aircraft description
- Aircraft registration
- Crew contacts
- Departing and arriving terminals
- Departure and arrival times
- Payment terms and conditions of charter
Private Terminals
Where possible your charter will depart from private VIP terminals affording you privacy and anonymity. Passengers are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure thereby reducing the stress and cost that normal business passengers experience with standard airline travel.
Security
Aircraft charter assures you the ultimate in personal safety and security.
